Greetings, Vanessa.
Have you used insights from Dr. Wade Nobles’ book as a psychotherapist?
Karen
Peace, Marcus
Thanks for your question….I have used some insights from his book, as context for myself as a therapist. His book is primarily theoretical, and I am a practicing psychotherapist whose main interest is intervention and facilitating healing. So, some of his insights assist me in my philosophy about working with people of African descent. They are not as useful in actual interventions, except thru social activism and the planning of rituals.
